Article 145
(1) The provisions of the Company Law related to the liquidation of a
joint stock company shall apply to voluntary liquidation proceedings
against a bank, unless otherwise provided for by this Law.
(2) A bank shall also undergo liquidation proceedings when the general
meeting of the bank shareholders enacts a decision on modifying the
activities of the bank as a joint stock company so that the company no
longer provides banking services.
