"THE 900th ANNIVERSARY OF THE ZAGREB DIOCESE 
AND THE CITY OF ZAGREB" 2nd Issue

To commemorate the 900th anniversary of the Zagreb diocese and of the city of Zagreb, in collaboration with Zagrebacka banka d.d., Zagreb, the Croatian National Bank issued a second edition of a commemorative 500 kuna gold coin and commemorative 200 and 100 kuna silver coins. In the second edition, the commemorative gold and silver coins have the same appearance on the obverse and reverse as those in the first edition, with the addition that on the reverse, in a circle, two Roman numerals indicating the second edition are stamped. The commemorative gold and silver coins are issued in brilliant uncirculated condition, and were released for sale on December 2, 1994.

The 500 kuna gold coin was designed by Damir Matausic,  the sculptor.
The 200 kuna gold coin was designed by Zelimir Janes,  the sculptor.
The 100 kuna silver coin was designed by Zdravko Brkic, the sculptor.

The editions were made in IKOM, Zagreb.
