"THE 150th ANNIVERSARY OF
CROATIAN LANGUAGE |
The Croatian National Bank issued a commemorative 150 kuna
silver coin to commemorate 150th anniversary of historic decision
on Croatian language reintrodution instead of Latin in politcal and public
life. It was enacted by the Croatian Parliament on October 23, 1847.
This coin was minted as proof, and was released
for sale on June 25, 1998.
Below we give a review of the amount issued, the manner in which they
are packed, and the prices (VAT not included).

The decision about features and putting on sale was released in the
(official gazette Narodne Novine, No. 80/98).
The 150 silver coin was designed by Kažimir Hraste,
the sculptor.
This edition was made by the Croatian Monetary Institute.
