"THE 500th ANNIVERSARY OF JURAJ JULIJE KLOVIĆ BIRTH"

The  Croatian National Bank issued a commemorative  200 kuna  silver  coin  to mark 500th anniversary of Croatian painter Juraj Julije Klovic  birth. He is a representative of miniature art and he contributed to the Croatian and European fine arts.
These coin was minted as proofs,    and was  released for sale on June  25, 1998.

The decision about features and putting on sale was released in the (official gazette Narodne Novine, No. 93/98).
The 200 silver coin was designed by  Kuzma Kovacic,  the sculptor.

This edition   was made by the Croatian Monetary Institute.
