The Croatian National Bank, as a competent authority in the Republic of Croatia for matters associated with branch passport notification and notification of direct provision of financial services by credit and financial institutions in the European Union ("single passport"), carries out the related notification procedure in accordance with the Credit Institutions Act, which is fully harmonised with the Capital Requirements Directive. The relevant regulations are available in Croatian and in English at the website of the Croatian National Bank.
The notification and all the relevant documents regarding the passport notification procedure (in Croatian or English) should be sent directly to the Croatian National Bank by post to the following address:

Considering the time constraints, passport notification documentation can also be sent to the following email address of the Croatian National Bank: passport.notifications@hnb.hr so that the Croatian National Bank may start assessing the documents before receiving the original notification by post.
