The financial statements of the Croatian National Bank have been prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards, which comprise the International Accounting Standards (IAS), together with the related Amendments and Interpretations, and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), together with the related Amendments and Interpretations, as adopted by the European Commission, and published in the Official Journal of the European Union (following the accession of Croatia to the European Union on 1 July 2013).
