At its today's session, the Council of the Croatian National Bank examined the report on this year's economic indicators and projection of future trends and adopted a monetary policy projection until the end of 2016 and the financial plan of the Croatian National Bank for the next year. The Council also examined the report on banking system operations in the third quarter of this year.
At today's session, the CNB Council approved the decisions of the supervisory boards of several banks on new appointments to their management boards: Mladen Mrvelj and Domagoj Karadjole have been appointed as new members of the Management Board of Hrvatska poštanska banka d.d., Zagreb; Zorislav Vidović has been appointed as a member of the Management Board of OTP banka Hrvatska d.d., Zadar; Aleksandra Arbanas has been appointed as a member of the Management Board of Primorska banka d.d., Rijeka; Božo Prka will continue to act as the chairperson of Privredna banka Zagreb, d.d., Zagreb and the term of office has also been extended to Ivan Gerovac, Dinko Lucić and Draženko Kopljar as members of the Management Board of that bank; Constantin Cesnovar has been appointed as the chairperson and Marko Udovičić as a member of the Management Board of Štedbanka d.d., Zagreb; Miljenko Živaljić has been appointed as the chairperson of the Management Board of Zagrebačka banka d.d., Zagreb, and approvals for the appointment or extension of the term of office as members of the Management Board of that bank have also been given to Romeo Collina, Daniela Roguljić Novak, Marko Remenar, Nikolaus Maximilian Linarić, Dijana Hrastović and Lorenzo Ramajola.
Slavonski zatvoreni investicijski fond s javnom ponudom d.d., Zagreb has been given approval to use its holdings in money market funds to increase its equity holding in own funds of Slatinska banka d.d., Slatina, from 16.59% to approximately 25%.
