Another award for Moneterra’s interior design
Architect Ante Vrban wins the award for the Best Public Service Interior

In October 2025, Moneterra won the award at the International Property Awards event in the category of Best Public Service Interior in Europe and Africa and in January this year architect Ante Vrban won the global level award for the Best International Public Service Interior.

The interior design of Moneterra – the Money Museum of the Croatian National Bank was awarded the prestigious Best Public Service Interior Award at the International Property Awards event in 2025, in the category for Europe and Africa. This award is the industry’s recognition of excellence in interior design, which includes technical and architectural elements and an innovative approach in presenting the topic of money and banking.

In addition to those from the CNB, over 200 experts in the area of architecture, design, audiovisual communication, engineering, programming, economics, museology, behavioural economics and ICT worked on the project. The overall production of the museum – from architecture and conceptual design to “turnkey” finalisation was, in line with the conducted competition, carried out by a consortium of contractors: Real group d.o.o., Architect Ante Vrban d.o.o., HAB SOLUCIJE d.o.o., Novena d.o.o., HUST d.o.o. and R PLUS V d.o.o., while the architectural design of the premises was signed by Ante Vrban.

So far, Moneterra has been visited by more than 20 thousand individuals of all ages. Through exhibits, video content, exploration and games, they have learned in an interactive way about important topics presented at the museum.
