At its session today, the Croatian National Bank Council reviewed the quarterly reports on monetary and economic developments and the banking system condition and adopted the report on the Croatian Monetary Institute operations in 2009.
In addition, approvals were given to several bank supervisory boards for extending the mandates of current management board members or appointing new members. Accordingly, Zdenko Vidaković was reappointed as Chairman and Mićo Tomičić as Member of the Management Board of Banka Brod d.d., Nelsi Rončević was reappointed as Chairwoman and Ivan Dropulić as Member of the Management Board of Kreditna Banka d.d., Zagreb, Davorka Jakir was reappointed as Member of the Management Board of Podravska banka and Zdenko Adrović as Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., Zagreb, whereas the Chairman of the Management Board of Société Générale - Splitska banka d.d., Split, Pierre Boursot, and Henri Bellenger, a Management Board Member, who were also given another mandate, will be joined by a new Management Board Member, Zvonimir Akrap.
Pursuant to the decisions adopted, the commemorative gold coin "King Tomislav" will be released for sale on 16 June, and the commemorative silver coin "100th Anniversary of Air Travel in Croatia" on 5 July 2010.
