The CNB issues authorisations to conduct exchange transactions under the conditions prescribed by the Foreign Exchange Act. The authorisation is issued if all conditions for its issuance are met, which also include the submission of the complete prescribed documentation. The authorised exchange office may conduct exchange transactions only provided it meets the conditions prescribed by relevant laws and subordinate legislation. Authorised exchange offices are resident craftsmen, sole traders and legal persons with an authorisation from the CNB.
