The Annual Report describes activities of the Croatian National Bank in the preceding year and includes information on macroeconomic developments, monetary policy implementation, management of the international reserves of the Republic of Croatia and the performance of other tasks within the CNB's competence, as well as information on the operation of credit institutions. The Annual Report also includes the annual financial statements of the CNB.

The Annual Report is the first publication of the National Bank of Croatia and was issued in 1993. As from the Annual Report for 1997 the publisher became the Croatian National Bank since the Bank changed its name.
